Social Media Specialist (Sourcing Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment-focused strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Create job posts, culture content, and employer branding materials
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, and social media
• Pre-screen profiles and coordinate interviews
• Manage paid ad campaigns and track performance
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with hiring needs
• Analyze and report on sourcing effectiveness
• Engage with online communities and respond to candidate inquiries
• Stay updated on recruitment tools and trends
• Conduct background checks
• Willing to stretch work hours when needed and flexible to work on weekends upon request

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in digital recruitment or sourcing
• Skilled in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Knowledge in analytics tools
• Creative, organized, and proactive team player
