Your Role: You will be the key person responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our accounts on Facebook and TikTok. Your primary focus will be to create and execute content strategies, manage paid advertising campaigns, and engage with our community to drive sales and brand loyalty. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and is ready to work immediately.


Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Strategy:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our Facebook Page, Facebook Business Suite, and TikTok Business Account/Shop.
  • Develop and implement organic content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, text posts) tailored to each platform's best practices.

Paid Advertising:

  • Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to maximize ROI and achieve specific campaign goals (e.g., traffic, conversion, sales).

Community Management:

  • Actively monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on both platforms.
  • Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to customer inquiries and fostering positive interactions.

Operations & Analysis:

  • Monitor account health and stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and policy updates.
  • Analyze performance metrics and social media analytics to generate insights and create data-driven reports.
  • Identify and implement new trends, features, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in an e-commerce start-up or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience handling business accounts on Facebook and TikTok.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Ads Manager, and TikTok Shop/Creator Center.
  • Highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Must be amenable to work as soon as possible.
