Sales, Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and leads for a company. This role involves creating and curating content, managing social media presence across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies. This includes defining goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform.
  • Create and manage social media content calendar. Scheduling posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice, and aligning content with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content. Writing compelling copy, creating visually appealing graphics and videos, and adapting content for different platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts. Posting content, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization. Adjusting strategies and tactics based on data analysis to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with other teams.
  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales through various channels (calls, emails, meetings).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback, ensure service alignment, and support continuous improvement in sales and marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter.

  • Time management and multi-tasking.
  • Data-driven, strong decision- making and problem-solving mindset.
