- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage and curate content across various social platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, proactive, adaptable, and strong team player.
