Job Description:

• Source Applicants via Facebook groups, Social Media, Free Job Boards, Networks and Referals
• Screen Applicants via call to check their eligibility
• Endorse candidates for on-site interview
• Co-ordinate between hiring managers and candidates
• Follow up candidates for documentation and onboardings
• Other work as allotted by management

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in high volume BPO sourcing
• Has experince in social media and online recruitment
• Is comfortable with hiring goals and targets
• Takes ownership and is fast-paced
• Is ready to work on-site in Mabolo, Cebu City
