Descrição:
- Assist the executive chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Oversee food preparation and service quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menus.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively to achieve culinary excellence.
- Assist in meal preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, ensure proper ingredient storage, and support head chef in daily operations.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a high-paced kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, proficient kitchen hygiene, effective written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent mise-en-place.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, passionate about culinary arts, and possesses strong leadership potential.
- Work Place : Willing to be assign at Makati area
