Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Motivate the team to achieve sales and performance goals.


Sales and Customer Service:

Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requisito

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar role in a retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
