  • Oversee daily store operations and staff management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive store profitability.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong team player, expertise in sales management and sales training.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily store operations, manage staff, train employees, and achieve sales targets.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require weekend and holiday shifts.
