- Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective management of staff.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as necessary.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store personnel for optimal performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
