Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate the current state, identify gaps, and define improvement scope.
Synthesize research and insights into clear, strategic narratives to guide decisions.
Collaborate with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders to develop and refine long-term strategic plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute and integrate initiatives across departments.
Oversee projects, managing timelines, resources, and progress.

Qualifications

Educational Background – Business Management, Management Engineering, or any related field
Years of Work Experience – minimum 3yrs work background/experience (Data related field is a plus)
Skills and Competencies - Communication & Presentation Skills, Strategic & Analytical, Strong Business Acumen, Proficient in SQL (preferred)
