  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for Business Management, Marketing and Communication graduates
  • Fresh graduates or applicants with at least a year of experience in a business development role
  • Has a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Must possess strong data analysis and customer service skills
  • Must have a knack for innovating processes and a strong inclination to process improvement
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
  • Familiarity and ability to work around Google Workspace is an advantage


Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment and Engagement

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, email, walk-ins, school visits, and events.
  • Conduct consultations, campus tours, orientations, and admissions events to promote CIIT programs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about course offerings, admissions requirements, and institutional policies.

Admissions Processing

  • Guide applicants throughout the admissions process, including exam administration, document requirements, and enrollment procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining discipline in follow-ups and applicant status tracking.
  • Generate reports on inquiries, applications, conversion rates, and enrollment trends to support decision-making.
  • Review and validate student forms, credentials, and other requirements for accuracy and compliance.

Customer Service and Relationship Building

  • Deliver excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and external partners.
  • Build strong relationships with feeder schools, industry partners, and other institutions to strengthen the admissions pipeline.
  • Address concerns and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
