Descrição:

  • Interacts with customers and acts as a role model to the cashiers in providing a positive customer experience. Ensures and maintains a positive work environment for all cashiers.
  • Maintains schedule for cashiers and ensures coverage for all shifts.
  • Operates registers and performs general checkout functions when the cashier is not available.
  • Trains newly hired cashiers on cashiering procedures and company policies.
  • Responsible of getting new product information and training paperwork to cashiers; orients cashiers on new products. 

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management or in similar field.
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience preferably in the same industry.
