A graduate of Hospitality Management, or any Business related courses
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Food and Beverage Industry/ Restaurant
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively
Must be good at delegating duties and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges promptly and effectively
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
