  • Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
  • Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment: GMP, Food Safety Practices, Health Protocols
  • Orient and train newly hired kitchen staff regarding Rules & Regulations, etc.
  • Other job-related duties assigned and instructed by the Management

Requisito

  • College Graduate
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong training and leadership skills
  • Flexible and bears a positive attitude
  • Must be a very detail-oriented person
  • Able to take initiative and resolve problems without supervision
  • Good analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Adheres to safety and sanitation protocols
