Descrição:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities including service, kitchen coordination, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to staff to maintain high service and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and oversee accurate stock reporting.
- Utilize POS systems to manage sales, transactions, and basic financial reporting.
- Assist in implementing company policies, operational procedures, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.
Requisito
- Graduate of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or any related hospitality course.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in customer service, inventory management, and POS operations.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
