Job Title: Supply Chain Checker


  • The Supply Chain Checker is responsible for verifying and ensuring the accuracy of inbound and outbound deliveries, maintaining proper inventory records, and supporting smooth supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in preventing losses, ensuring quality, and promoting efficiency across the supply chain process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verification and Inspection: Checking incoming and outgoing shipments, comparing them against documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.), and identifying any discrepancies. 
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any shortages or coverages. 
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that goods meet the required quality standards and specifications. 
  • Documentation: Preparing and maintaining necessary paperwork related to shipments and inventory. 
  • Communication: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery. 
  • Coordination: Assisting with the organization and storage of goods, and coordinating the dispatch of items.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that may arise during the supply chain process, such as damaged goods or delays. 

Requisito

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehousing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours and lifting moderate loads.
