• We are seeking a highly motivated IT System Specialist to support our digital transformation initiatives through the development and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building AI-powered tools, automating workflows, and improving operational efficiency across departments such as HR, Finance, Logistics, and Sales. 
• As part of a growing technology team, you will work closely with department heads to identify automation opportunities, develop AI agents and apps, and train users on new tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply modern technology in a practical business setting within the food import and distribution industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 tools 
• Design, build, and manage AI-powered Copilot agents tailored for various departments 
• Collaborate with department heads to identify manual processes that can be automated 
• Provide staff training on interacting with Copilot agents and Power Platform tools 
• Maintain system documentation and perform continuous improvements based on user feedback 
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Compliance to ensure secure and efficient deployment 

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 technologies 
• Excellent communication and documentation skills 
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams (Sales, HR, Logistics, etc.) 
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and explore new technologies 
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Copilot Studio 
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Graph API 
• Basic understanding of SAP or other ERP systems
