We are looking for highly motivated US Senior RPO Recruiters with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a US Recruiter or RPO Recruiter (7+ years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience handling high-volume or niche recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed intake calls to understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking platforms to attract top-tier talent.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers or ATS systems accurately.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate feedback sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand business needs and hiring demands.
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, company policies, and RPO service expectations.
