Descrição:

GA HR Consultancy Inc., an accredited headhunter and trusted talent acquisition partner, is hiring on behalf of a well-established and growing company in the retail and distribution sector, known for delivering innovative, high-performance solutions in the technical and consumer appliance industry.

We are seeking a Training & Organizational Development (OD) Manager who can do more than just train — someone who can drive cultural transformation, build future-ready talent pipelines, and design impactful learning strategies across all organizational levels.

This is your chance to lead with purpose, shape the development of both field and corporate teams, and create a meaningful influence on how the business builds and sustains operational and service excellence. You'll be part of a leadership team that values innovation, agility, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Strategy:

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across multiple departments, including sales, technical, customer service, and operations.
  • Develop and implement learning programs focused on functional skills, leadership, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback to continuously improve program design.

Organizational Development Leadership:

  • Lead initiatives that promote culture-building, employee engagement, and organizational alignment.
  • Oversee performance management processes and build coaching systems to foster high performance.
  • Develop succession planning frameworks and high-potential employee programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to identify gaps and tailor development interventions.
  • Ensure learning strategies are aligned with business goals and operational realities, especially for distributed and field-based teams.
  • Manage external vendors, trainers, and digital learning tools as needed.

Governance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with internal training policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, monitor L&D budget usage, and report on learning impact metrics to top management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or Business-related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and OD, with at least 2 years in a strategic or Jr. managerial role.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver programs that support culture, engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in retail, distribution, or service-oriented industries is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and field-driven organizational structure.

Why Join This Opportunity?

  • Lead with Impact: You'll shape how a national organization develops its people and builds a strong culture.
  • Own the Strategy: Take charge of OD and L&D initiatives in a business that values learning as a competitive advantage.
  • Grow Your Career: Join a forward-thinking company that’s growing fast and developing its internal leadership pipeline.
  • Strategic Location: Work from Taguig City — at the heart of Metro Manila’s most dynamic commercial district.
