JOB SUMMARY

The Training Associate plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and learning events. This position collaborates closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality learning experiences. The Training Associate is responsible for managing logistics, maintaining training materials, tracking participant engagement, and providing administrative support to ensure the success of each training initiative.


DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTPUTS

Training Coordination

  • Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and

learning events.

  • Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to

ensure smooth execution.

  • Manage training calendars and send timely communications.

Logistics and Setup

  • Prepare training venues (physical or virtual), including

materials and technical setup.

  • Ensure all tools and platforms are ready and functional.

Content and Materials Management

  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing training materials.
  • Maintain and update training documentation and resources

Participant Support

  • Track attendance and engagement.
  • Provide support to participants before, during, and after training sessions.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Prepare post-training reports and summaries.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Support the training team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Minimum Qualification Standards

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE:

a. At least 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or administrative support.

b. Previous experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus.

Technical Skills Required:

a. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).

b. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
