• The Group Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of all retail outlets within the assigned group or region. This role ensures that each dealership operates efficiently while meeting or exceeding sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets. The individual will lead, coach, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales goals, and maintain high operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in automotive retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-location leadership role.
• Deep understanding of automotive retail, trends, and customer behavior.
• Strong product knowledge, including EVs, hybrids, and financing options.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to implement practical solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM and dealership management software.
