Descrição:

  • Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables.
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders and making recommendations.
  • Providing attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to manage timely service.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Senior High School/College Level.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cashiering, customer service, basic cooking, and waitering. Ability to work efficiently in a quick service restaurant environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting guests, taking and serving orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and assisting in the kitchen when needed.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant setting; must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.
