Descrição:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements of Maxmasaya projects.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues of Maxmasaya.
  • Coordinate resources effectively to ensure optimal allocation and utilization, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, making adjustments as necessary to optimize resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to track progress and performance.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the department head.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in IT or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in IT project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project lifecycle, implementation, and management techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery; coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
