Descrição:

  • Provide technical assistance, manage customer relations, execute pre-sale and after-sale support, and conduct demand analysis.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document and track all support interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Technical Support Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in technical support preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Training, Excellent Communication, Teamwork, Sales Management, Relationship Building, Pre-Sale and After-Sales Technical Support, and Pre-Sale Demand Analysis.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work; typical business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
