- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, strong customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with technical issues, provide product information, and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, attentive to detail, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
