- Provides assistance in resolving operational IT technical problems, including ServiceNow Tickets, emails,
- walk-in concerns and remote assistance sessions. Troubleshooting and administering of main computer.
- Ensure support of existing hardware and software is up to date and/or renewed as necessary
- Configuration and Deployment of New and Existing computers (Imaging, Patch Update, Network
- Connectivity)
- Assist users on specific IT hardware and software applications (limited tp Windows OS, MS Office,
- SharePoint and other Office 365 related apps)
- Network Connectivity assistance (troubleshoot basic IT network concerns)
- Conduct IT asset tasks as part of IT asset management (IT Asset Inventory, receiving deliveries,
- maintenance, disposal, deploy and track IT equipment).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar ticketing tools
- Participate and collaborate on projects as duly assigned and related to IT initiative
- Enforce IT policies
