OPEN FOR NEWBIES | ONE DAY PROCESS GET JOB OFFER SAME DAY
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to telecommunications services.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Guide customers through the installation and setup of telecommunication devices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years)
