Duties and Responsibilities

• Gain working knowledge of the company’s products, systems, and services through training and hands-on experience.
• Assist in basic technical presentations and demonstrations of Data Center products and critical facilities solutions .
• Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, phone, and on-site.
• Support senior technicians in installation, deployment, integration, testing, and basic implementation of systems and equipment.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance tasks under guidance.
• Assist the sales team by providing technical information and on-site support when needed.
• Conduct technical service calls and client visits together with senior staff as required.
• Help maintain positive customer relationships by responding promptly and professionally to technical concerns.
• Perform internal IT support tasks such as system setup, cable management, basic network checks, and equipment inventory.
• Prepare basic service reports and documentation after assigned tasks.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and technical standards.
• Perform other technical-related tasks assigned to support daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of related technical experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical/Vocational background in Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Technical Skills:Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Data Center equipment, or technical systems. Willingness to learn installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
