Key Responsibility:
- Double checking the progress of assigned engineer's troubleshooting on certain desktop/laptop's technical issues
- Coordinating with the suppliers regarding requesting, receiving, and updating of latest repair status of ordered replacement parts
- Monitors and schedules for return of faulty parts to
supplier
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information Technology or any related course
- Fresh graduates with customer service/call center experience are encouraged to apply.
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable on basic troubleshooting, parts
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision
- Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure
