Description
- Provide technical support and assistance for system-related issues and inquiries.
- Perform system monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Assist in the management and inventory of IT assets to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Support system analysis and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in system support or IT services.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in IT Asset Management, Windows Server, Java, C++, and Azure.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Information Security Operations and System Backup and Recovery processes.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with System Monitoring and Administration, as well as IT Infrastructure.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
