As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with technical concerns related to their products or services. You will help troubleshoot issues, provide step-by-step solutions, and ensure customers receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex technical issues
• Guide customers through system, device, or service setup
• Document technical concerns and resolutions accurately
• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards

Qualifications:

• At least High School / Senior High School graduate
• With or without BPO/technical support experience (depending on account)
• Basic to good communication skills in English
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems and tools
