Tech Support Representative – Samsung Account (Dayshift, Non-Voice)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tech Support Representative to join our Samsung Account support team. This is a non-voice, dayshift role, primarily handling customer concerns through email, chat, and other written communication channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, patient, and able to resolve account-related issues with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-voice support (chat, email, ticketing system) for Samsung account-related concerns.
• Assist customers with account setup, login issues, password recovery, and account security verification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account access, syncing, and connectivity problems.
• Guide customers through Samsung account features, updates, and services.
• Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by providing timely, clear, and professional responses.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate ( old Curriculum )
• Senior High School Graduate
• College Graduate
• With 6 -12 months Bpo experience / Technical Support Experience
