Descrição:
- Installs and tests products to make sure they work correctly
- Follows installation and operation manuals
- Respond to service requests and repairs products
- Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans
- Teaches customers how to use their products
- Escalate issues to managers promptly
- Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment
- Writes service reports after every appointment
- Collaborates with Manager and other service
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
Requisito
- An Associate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- With valid driver's license is an advantage
- Ability to use wide variety of tools
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work beyond normal work hours as dictated by scheduling needs
