Installation & Setup

• Install and configure coding & marking printers, such as CIJ (Continuous Inkjet), TIJ (Thermal Inkjet), Laser Coders, and TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinters) at customer facilities.
• Calibrate and integrate printers with existing packaging lines to ensure seamless operation.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Diagnose and repair printer issues, including ink flow problems, print quality issues, sensor misalignment, and connectivity failures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of printer malfunctions and implement lasting solutions.

Operator Training & Technical Support

• Train machine operators and maintenance teams on proper printer operation, troubleshooting, and routine upkeep.
• Provide technical support on-site and remotely for quick issue resolution.
• Assist customers in optimizing printer settings for different substrates and production requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate service logs, including maintenance records, parts replacements, and repair details.
• Provide recommendations on printer upgrades, ink types, and efficiency improvements.

• At least 4 years working with coding & marking printers (CIJ, TIJ, Laser, or TTO systems).
• Strong understanding of electronic, electric and software-based printer operations.
• Able to diagnose and fix printer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Willing to visit client sites for installations, repairs, and training.
