• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of facilities for events and operations.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for facility upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; skilled in Window and Split-type AC, fire protection systems, and basic civil works.
• Capable of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Experienced in maintaining AC units, fire protection/alarm systems, shutter doors, lighting, LPG systems, civil works, scales, and loading docks.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Working Conditions: May require working in varying temperatures and on irregular hours depending on maintenance needs.
