Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Present and promote property listings offered by the agency.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales or property consultant team.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role (preferably in real estate).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer literacy
• Fluent in Malay and other local languages (added advantage).
