  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Present and promote products/services effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer information accurately.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scripts.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions promptly.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required, but a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales is acceptable.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in sales management, excellent customer relationship management, and sales support abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in an office setting; may involve long hours on the phone.
  • Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, persuasive, resilient, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work with foreign nationals.
  • Day shift only.
