Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Luzon region.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to identify new sales prospects and growth opportunities.
- Promote Siemens Solutions: Support customers in implementing automation, digitalization, and industrial solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on OT/IT integration, security concepts, and industrial automation applications.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and negotiate project proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
- Regional Market Expansion: Explore and penetrate new industry segments to expand Siemens’ market presence in Luzon.
What You Bring:
- Educational Background: Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the industrial automation or digitalization sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the F&B, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of factory automation, OT/IT solutions, and digital transformation trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive sales strategies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and present solutions effectively.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel across Luzon to meet clients and drive business growth.
