Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and 7+ years of relevant work experience

•Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology

•Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

•Good understanding on Automation Testing concepts. The candidate should be able to implement automation strategy.

•Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches

•Experience in Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps or any relevant defect management tool and CI/CD.

•Proficiency managing/implementing Control Version xml and json knowledge are a plus Implement automation strategy and guide the team

•Self –starter, with the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, rapid change and diverse technologies.

•Experience in supporting medium to high size complexities

Responsibilities:

-Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies across functional, integration, regression, and system testing.

-Develop, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.

-Drive test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium with Java or Python.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve defects through tools like Azure DevOps or equivalent.

-Perform database and data integrity testing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

-Contribute to CI/CD pipeline testing and version control management.

-Monitor and report key testing KPIs and metrics to assess software quality.

-Mentor junior testers, providing technical guidance and best practices in testing and automation.

-Support customer-facing engagements and ensure testing deliverables meet business expectations.

-Adapt to evolving priorities and technologies in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
