• Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan
• Executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected
• Test functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other legacy and/or external systems
• Manage defect life cycle from defect creation to resolution by Application Development, followed by retest and closure by the Test team
• Conduct defect triaging, agree on defect priority and ownership, and provide daily reporting on defect status
• Perform instructions based on test scripts, including date, duration, and balances
• Perform outgoing and incoming calls from GHP/TM, ABS-CBN, and other networks to test network stability
• Provide daily defect status reports
• Perform dial testing on prepaid and postpaid scenarios
• Conduct manual software testing
• Provide cut-over support

-Bachelor's degree holder of Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent

˗ Must have at least 3-year experience in software testing

˗ With strong knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), BI, GUI, AGILE, WATERFALL and toad is an advantage.
