  • Join our team as a Trainer and help develop top-performing customer service professionals!
  • You’ll be responsible for leading training sessions, creating learning materials, coaching agents, and tracking performance outcomes.
  • You’ll also work with Operations and Quality teams to address skill gaps and ensure training goals are met—all while fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry
  • Preferably with a retail background, but open to any customer service account
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Educational requirement: At least 2nd year completed / College Graduate
  • Willing to conduct a demo session (based on the customer service approach provided by the team)
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City
