Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training And Development Officer located in San Juan, Metro Manila. The Training And Development Officer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis for our field technicians, overseeing training and development programs, utilizing analytical skills, managing learning systems, and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience on developing training manual and system is a plus
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation
• Experience in Learning Management systems is a plus but not required
• Strong Communication skills for conveying training information
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
