Identify training and development needs through job analysis, employee feedback, and consultation with managers.
Design and develop training programs and materials that address identified needs.
Deliver engaging training sessions in person, virtually, or through e-learning platforms.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation in line with compliance and audit standards.
Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
Monitor and manage the training budget and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with external training vendors or institutions when necessary.
Promote a learning culture within the organization by supporting continuous professional development.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a training, learning and development, or HR role.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent) is a plus.
