- Operate tractor-trailer trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal transportation regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills and excellent road transportation knowledge
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and dependable with good interpersonal skills
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license
