岗位职责 What you will do  

• 负责金融/科技/AI产品的视觉设计，包括KV/UI/UX及延展物料; 
• 设计简单的动态效果如界面交互动效, 提升用户体验与视觉吸引力;  
• 协同产品与市场团队, 优化品牌视觉表达与用户端呈现效果;
• 遵循设计规范, 高效完成设计交付, 并支持开发团队实现设计落地;
• 关注设计趋势, 探索创新的视觉表达形式。  
• Visual design of financial/technology and AI products, including KV/UI/UX and extended materials etc.
• Simple dynamic effect design such as UI interaction, to enhance user experience and visual engagement.  
• Collaborate with product and marketing team to optimize branding visuals and user experience.  
• Deliver the products under design guidelines efficiently and support the dev-team in implementation.  
• Explore innovative visual solutions aligned with design trends.  

岗位要求 Your skills and experience  

• 平面设计、视觉传达、数字媒体、交互设计等相关专业本科及以上学历
• 热爱设计, 具备扎实的美术功底与优秀的审美能力;  
• 擅长插画创作或能制作简单动效;  
• 熟练使用Figma、PS、AI、AE等设计工具;  
• 对新兴科技领域设计有浓厚兴趣;
• 学习能力强, 乐于接受新工具与新挑战;
• 每周至少到岗3天，持续3个月及以上;
• 实习期满表现优异者可优先转正。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design, vision, digital media, interaction design and other related majors
• Be passionate about design, with solid art skills and excellent aesthetic 
• Expertise in illustration or simple motion effects.
• Proficiency in Figma, PS, AI, AE, and other design related applications
• Strong interest in blockchain/tech industry design
• A quick learner, open to new tools and challenge
• Be able to work more than 3 days a week for at least 3 weeks.
