POSITION DETAILS:

Position: Client Services Manager

Company Industry: Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: Php45,000 – Php55,000 (Negotiable)

Work Set Up: Onsite



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years’ experience as Customer Service Manager in a multi-national appliance company.

• Experience in customer service operations.

• Background in handling technicians and customer service representatives.

• Highly technical and organized; strong admin skills.

• Familiar with ASCs (Accredited Service Centers)

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

• Can start ASAP.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily customer service operations and ensure excellent service delivery

• Supervise technicians and customer service representatives

• Maintain strong communication and coordination with ASCs (Accredited Service Centers)

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics
