SUMMARY:

• You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service by monitoring and evaluating interactions between our agents and customers.

• Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to excellence will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and driving performance enhancements within the team.

• You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to implement QA processes, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our call center operations

QUALIFICATION:

• at least 1 year in role experience with Sales background.

• One or more years experience demonstrating knowledge of call center operations, goals and processes.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Ability to comprehend sales strategies, customer needs, and product knowledge

• Apply critical thinking skills to assess situations, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.

• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Actively listen, type, and talk simultaneously during customer interactions.

• Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision

• Thoroughly review documentation, communications, and data for completeness and correctness.

• Ability to address concerns or conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive relationship.

• Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations through dedicated effort and commitment.

• Ability to analyze complex issues, think creatively, and resolve challenges efficiently.
