Descrição:

1、 负责用户生命周期建模，优化各阶段运营策略（激活、留存、召回等）；

2、 建立并管理用户分群机制，制定差异化运营与促活策略；

3、 与 BI 协作开展行为数据分析、LTV 预测与路径优化；

4、 设计并推动生命周期内的 CRM 及自动化沟通系统；

5、 推动用户长期价值提升，提升 LTV/CAC 比值。

Requisito

1、 5 年以上用户运营或增长分析经验；

2、 熟练使用 SQL、Python 或 R 进行数据建模；

3、 对用户行为分析、生命周期理论与自动化运营有深刻理解；

4、 熟悉 iGaming 或大型用户平台运营体系；

5、 具备海外用户沟通经验者优先。

（加分项）

1、 有 CDP 平台应用经验；

2、 精通留存/召回漏斗指标分析。
