The Research and Development (R&D) Specialist will be responsible for conducting innovative research, developing new products, improving existing processes, and ensuring that projects align with the company’s strategic goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and applying scientific and technical expertise to drive product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, experiments, and feasibility studies to support product and process development.
• Develop prototypes, test formulations, and validate results in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launch and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve methodologies, procedures, and product designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field (Master’s or PhD is an advantage depending on specialization).
• Proven experience in research, product development, or laboratory work (fresh graduates with strong academic/research background may also be considered for entry-level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, data analysis tools, and relevant software.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
