• Clean and sanitize food prep areas, equipment, tools, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, USDA).
• Dispose of trash and recyclables regularly, keeping all areas clean and clutter-free.
• Assist with dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and general facility upkeep.
• Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance or alert supervisor to facility issues.
• Support production staff by organizing supplies and materials as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a food service, commissary, or janitorial setting is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with sanitation and food safety practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
